NUTRITION THAT FITS YOUR LIFEMAKRO / A DAY, YOUR WAY

A LITTLE LESS LOGGING. A LOT MORE LIVING.

A moment to log.
A whole life to live.

The quick photo. The “about this much.”
Makro makes room for the way you actually eat.

Three lives. A little less logging.

A cinematic illustration of three everyday moments with Makro. Breakfast: a runner stops at a New York bodega, scans the barcode on a food package, reviews the matching food and serving, and gets back to her run. Lunch: a woman at home types that she had a chicken breast the size of her phone, two eggs, and thirteen bites of macaroni and cheese. She reviews three estimated food rows, logs Lunch, puts her phone down, and returns to her book. Dinner: a man after the gym photographs a mixed paella and a protein shake. The review breaks the paella into rice, shrimp, mussels, chicken, peas, and red peppers, with a separate row for the shake. He reviews the estimated portions and ingredients, logs Dinner, and gets on with dinner. These are preset illustrations with sample nutrition data. This film does not process or save visitor food.

YOUR WAY IN

Some meals need a sentence.
Some just need a photo.

PLATES, LABELS, MENUS & RECEIPTS

Let the picture do the talking.

Scan a barcode or snap the nutrition label. Photograph your plate, menu, or receipt. Makro finds the details—you review and log.

GOOD MEALS DESERVE AN ENCORE

Keep the meal. Skip the re-entry.

Save a meal as a recipe or keep an individual item for later. Build a little collection of the things you actually eat.

A COACH WITH THE RIGHT CONTEXT

The log is the beginning.
The useful part is what’s next.

Ask about the meals you’ve logged and the goals you’re working toward. Get a second look at your day, without the food-police energy.

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Glad
you asked.

Can I put several foods in one message?

Yes. Describe the foods, brands, and portions together. Makro separates them into individual items with calories and macros. Check the matches, adjust the details, and log the meal when it looks right.

What happens when a food or portion is uncertain?

Makro uses food matches and AI estimates to put together a starting point. You can change a serving, edit nutritional values, remove an item, or add a detail before logging. The final say is yours.

What can I photograph?

Start with your plate, a nutrition label, a menu, or a receipt. Makro uses what it can read to help put the meal together. Review the result, especially ingredients and portions that aren’t visible.

Does it track more than food?

Yes. Makro also has water, exercise, body-weight tracking, and supplement schedules. You can review tracking cards before saving and see your routine in the daily overview.
